Hambersh Consulting was founded to bring rigorous, independent MEP design review and procurement compliance oversight to developers and contractors who don’t have that expertise in-house — combining technical precision with a genuine commitment to sustainable, ethical delivery.
Hambersh Consulting is led by Henry Hamber, a Chartered Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health and Communication (MEPHC) Design manager with experience coordinating complex building services design on major UK infrastructure programmes, and a doctoral researcher developing frameworks to identify and manage unethical practice in construction procurement. That combination — deep technical design experience and a research-led understanding of procurement risk — shapes how we work: getting the engineering right, and getting the process right.
